At JUFO, we stand behind the quality of our products. As a UK-based seller and Amazon Top Seller, your satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation & Adjustments

Before Dispatch: We accept order cancellations and adjustments (such as address changes) as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately at info@jufo.co.uk with your order number.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may, however, return the item once it arrives according to our return policy below.
2. Returns & Replacements
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Option A: Returns for Refund
If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact us at info@jufo.co.uk.

Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item due to our error, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. In these cases, JUFO will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Option B: Easy Replacement (Resend)

Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong product, we will dispatch the correct one immediately at no extra cost to you.

Damaged during Transit: As an Amazon Top Seller, we ensure our packaging is robust. However, if your item arrives damaged due to courier handling, we will send you a brand-new replacement free of charge. (We may ask for a photo of the damage to assist our claim with the carrier).
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect safety), we may offer a partial refund if you prefer to keep the item rather than going through the return process. This is often the fastest way to resolve minor issues.
4. Exclusions
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
